What is the shipping policy?
Dermshop offers Canada wide shipping from our Canadian warehouse. No surprise customs or duties. Find their complete shipping policy here.

- Standard Shipping under CAD$150 - Flat rate of CAD$15

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from info@dermshop.ca.
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 1 business day before the tracking information is available.
What is the return policy?
In order to qualify for a return on Dermshop, your hmbl skincare product must meet the following criteria.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Items must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
- Shipments that arrive missing product or damaged require clear photo evidence of the damaged product and/or the items received, including the original packaging for claims purposes.
